Which is why neither me or my offering can be pigeon-holed. I thrive on being versatile, a thinker and a doer, I understand what you need, and who or what is needed to make it happen. If I can't, I know who can.

Being a leader can be isolating, particularly when what you want to achieve can sometimes feel insurmountable. Often what’s in your head is not what others see or hear in terms of what needs to be done. This is where my honest curiosity and mirror-holding works wonders.

My approach helps you to reflect, enabling me to translate what actually needs to be put into place, communicated to your team and outside world to achieve greatness. This is when the process of change can be effective and long-lasting. 

While I develop long term relationships with the businesses I support, I won’t make you consultant dependent. My work is done when I’ve done myself out of a job through giving you the space, understanding and processes you need. Where everything is in place for you to go forth and make the difference you want to make.

As your accountability partner, I do a deep dive into what’s needed, identifying where the obstacles might be, developing an agreed achievable plan for the team to follow. Connecting regularly to reflect on progress, provide clarity and give the confidence to make change happen. 

I can roll up my sleeves, bring in the right people, or provide coaching to those who might be stalling.

Sounding Board Sessions

Struggling how to achieve your business's vision? Or maybe your organisation has gone through a substantial change and needs to review its direction? 

If you're looking for the space, expertise and a trusted partner to work through a particular issue, get clarity on a question or you need an external sounding board to talk through your vision. I’m the critical friend you need. A space for reflection, I’ll help you translate what you need and we’ll start to make a plan for how you can make it happen. 

Ahead of the session you’ll be sent a pre-meet questionnaire, so we can make the most of our 90 minutes together. Depending on location and availability we can either meet in person or on Zoom.
